Interim Category Manager - M&E, London - £500 per day

1st Executive are managing the recruitment of an Interim Category Manager - M&E to lead cost saving projects within the M&E category.

Our client is a leading facilities and building solutions company who need to achieve aggressive savings targets within their M&E spend including but not limited to projects involving; Fire, Security, HVAC & Lifts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies within M&E
• Consolidate spend through a preferred supplier network whilst implementing category management techniques
• Represent group procurement whilst working with internal and external stakeholders to build trust and gain buy-in
• Effectively manage suppliers

Experience Required:

• Solid procurement experience of M&E category management
• Demonstrable relationships with key M&E suppliers
• Strong track record of tangible savings within M&E#
