Interim - Category Manager Food & Beverage £240 P/D

A fantastic opportunity to join a world leading Facility management company as an interim Category Manager for Food & Beverage based in Central London. One of 1st Executives key clients is looking for an experienced Category Manager to join one of the most diverse organisations in the UK.

Key accountabilities;

• working across Food and Drinks category assisting the head of procurement on key projects
• Building and analysing strategic procurement strategies
• Managing end to end sourcing process, including supplier relationship management
• Contract and commercial negotiation

Essential requirements;

• 4+ years experience of managing end to end procurement within the food and beverage category
• Significant experience in designing and implementing a strategic strategy
• Deep category experience and ideally degree or CIPS qualified
• Evidence of building robust and productive relationships, working alongside senior stakeholders and suppliers
