I am currently looking for Interim Category Managers experienced in the public sector and with a good amount of construction experience to work for a local authority in a positive and high-calibre procurement environment.

In this role you will be developing and delivering key projects in the construction category, procuring and negotiating contractual agreements, and genuinely helping to contribute in a positive way to the local public domain.

Day rate is up to £350 day inside IR35, on a 3-month contract with a likely possibility to be extended.

The main experience the client is looking for is

• Previous experience in the public sector and on construction-based projects
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts
• Experience of OJEU, and PCR 15
• Strong stakeholder management experience
