A highly successful food business is looking to recruit a Head of Supply Chain. They are looking for someone with end to end supply chain experience covering, planning, warehousing, replenishment, dispatch and logistics.

Someone with experience in the food industry, especially short life products and worked with ether retail own brand or branded own environment.

The role is to really come in and transform the supply chain, implementing processes and systems.

The role will have 2 direct reports and a larger team below.

Key experience required

• Significant senior supply chain leadership experience within FMCG food manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing chilled, fresh or short shelf-life supply chains.
• Demonstrable success supplying major UK grocery retailers.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory optimisation, replenishment and warehouse operations.
• Extensive experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and food distribution.
