Are you a graduate, with some commercial experience, wanting to take the job that'll MAKE your career?

I'm looking for the top 10% of graduate talent from STEM / Business / Economics degrees to join my client's FUTURE LEADERS fast track programme.

My client is a Global 500 with a decentralised procurement function. The directors who lead procurement are some of the best and most experienced in the world.

The level of professional training, development and investment into your long term success in the company will be significant.

This role is based in the beautiful city of Amsterdam and relocation assistance can be provided. My client is looking for candidates who are ambitious, self aware, adaptable, flexible and have excellent persuasion skills - a REAL natural leader.

You will be a candidate who has recently graduated (last 2 years) and has some commercial experience (finance / procurement), at least a 3 month internship, but less than 2 years' experience.

The training programme will last 2 years', during which you will be working as an Analyst at group level. After the first two years' with the company, you will be placed internationally to one of their many strategic business units, ready to take a management position - as such international mobility is key.

In terms of languages, English is the only mandatory, however German or French in addition to this is highly preferred, and other European languages are also beneficial.

If this sounds like you, and you want to find out more, please contact me on Geoffrey.Reading@1st-Executive.com to arrange an initial conversation. We will be running an assessment centre on 14 February, so please ensure you would be able to attend on this date.
