FM Procurement Manager - £50K

Our client, a market leading services organisation based in Middlesex, demonstrating significant year on year growth seeks to recruit an FM Procurement Manager - £50K to compliment the continued growth of their procurement capability - in line with a 2 year development programme. This is an excellent opportunity to help drive the impact of procurement, delivering cross category sourcing projects across the breadth of the FM, Rail & Engineering category.

Role:
You will be responsible for positioning procurement as 'value-add' function, building key stakeholder relationships across all business units. In turn, the jobholder will be expected to carry out diligent procurement analytics and begin to develop category strategies across the Hard FM portfolio - encompassing M&E, Lighting and HVAC.

In turn, it is expected that you will be able to lead key stakeholders through the end to end sourcing lifecycle, across high value & high risk transactions, delivering cost savings and on-going value through the post-contract phase of key supplier relationships.

Experience:

The FM Procurement Manager - £50K will be able to demonstrate experience of sourcing across the FM, Engineering and Property category portfolio:

  • Experience of 'selling' procurement to stakeholders in multiple business units
  • Track-record of developing effective stakeholder relationships and working within a category management structure.
  • Experience in end to end sourcing capability - including strong contract drafting skills
  • Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Ideally Degree Qualified
  • Ideally MCIPS preferred
