Our client, a Global Market Leader, demonstrating significant year on year growth seeks to recruit an FM Procurement Manager to compliment the continued growth of their procurement capability - in line with a 2 year development programme. This is an excellent opportunity to help drive the impact of procurement, delivering cross category sourcing projects across the breadth of the FM & Property category portfolio.
The jobholder will be responsible for positioning procurement as 'value-add' function, building key stakeholder relationships across all business units. In turn, the jobholder will be expected to carry out diligent procurement analytics and begin to develop category strategies across the both the Hard & Soft FM portfolio - encompassing M&E, Lighting, HVAC, Cleaning, Catering and Landscaping.
In turn, it is expected that the jobholder be able to lead key stakeholders through the end to end sourcing lifecycle, across high value & high risk transactions, delivering cost savings and on-going value through the post-contract phase of key supplier relationships.
The Procurement Manager will be able to demonstrate experience of sourcing across the FM and Property category portfolio:
- Experience of 'selling' procurement to stakeholders in multiple business units
- Track-record of developing effective stakeholder relationships in non-mandated environment
- Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
- Ideally Degree Qualified
- Ideally MCIPS preferred
