Role:
The jobholder will be responsible for engaging a project portfolio of Property spend covering assignments across both the Corporate Offices and High Street Retail properties. This will include the procurement of FF&E and Retail Store Fit-Out as well as traditional Architecture, QS, Engineering and sub-contract work packages on a Global basis. The jobholder will support the development of 'intelligent' strategic sourcing strategy, assisting in the delivery of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle and helping manage cross-functional stakeholders through the entire procurement lifecycle.

Experience:
The Procurement Specialist will be able to demonstrate experience of sourcing within the Property & FM category portfolio.

- Experience of sourcing across the Property and FM category portfolio - encompassing both Hard & Soft services
- Track-record of developing collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
- Highly Analytical
- Degree and MCIPS preferred
