Contracts Manager

Our client a Major Global Organisation are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager, who has been involved in managing large contracts.

Key responsibilities:
* Reviews, negotiates, amends, and finalises contracts
* Ensures compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
● Manages from initial request, drafting, final execution and signature process
● Undertake timely review and finalisation of all assigned contracts
● Tracks, files, and administers contracts for all Organisations
● Manages paper & electronic contract management system, including all
● Ensures timely requests for new vendors
● Liaises with Compliance to flag issues, to resolve conflicts, to request and provide training.
● Acts in complete and total compliance with all laws, regulations and policies
Engage with stakeholders on an international basis

Person Specification:
Business degree or equivalent experience/ education
Contract drafting and negotiation experience
Experience in a complex organisation either within medical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology preferred or related industry environment (ie legal, fmcg or finance)
Used to working in a fast-paced environment with a busy work load bound to deadlines
Familiar with systems (SAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel) Docs
Previous work experience advisory boards, Steering Committees would be a plus
Experience in dealing with senior leaders and senior investigators/scientists is an advantage
Good understanding of regulations, compliance and legal requirements
Ability to travel on a local and international basis but not extensive (5% of time)
