1st Executive are currently recruiting on behalf of a London based Top FTSE 100 client, who are the UK leading company in outsourced Facilities Management. The role is for a Commercial Manager to manage the mobilization of a substantial contract recently acquired by our market leading client. This is an opportunity to lead a team of three in the role.

The role will be to lead a team of up to three in the mobilization of the new contract. The role will be expanding from managing four sites leading to twenty five sites within twelve months. Our client is looking for the candidate to be proactive and drive innovation in order to work with the business and expand the contract. You will be responsible for monthly financial reports to support the mobilization of the contract.

Requirements

• Experience with NEC contracts and the CCS framework
• Experience with contract management with a focus on Facilities management
• Financial report experience
• Experience in line management
• A desire to drive innovation in the workplace
