Role:

• $600M spend across Property category
• Understand external market and internal demand within cateogry
• Work with the global cateogry leads in developing strategy
• Establish transactional procurement process
• Agree preferred supplier and supplier strategies
• Implement change with other indirects functions
• Manage and maintain a category execution plan
• Enhance and influence relationships across the business

Desired Characteristics:

• Degree and/or CIPS
• Experience in 3rd party goods and services across end-to-end Property lifecycle
• Understanding of contracting models for Capital Projects, FM and Real Estate
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Sakeholder engagement
• Ability to interpret contract language
• Specific experience of working in a matrix organisation
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Project Management experience
• Change Management experience
• Disruptive Technology experience
• Knowledge of JCT/NEC/FIDIC contract forms
