Are you a Project or Programme Manager with experience and evidence of delivery within the Procurement or Supply Chain function of a leading 'Blue-Chip'? Our client, a leading global Financial Services organisation, seek a Procurement Programme Manager to support the leadership team within a Global Procurement Function. Role: The Jobholder will provide project support to the Head of Performance Improvement in meeting short and long term project and performance reporting requirements, delegating resource and workloads for key projects across the Group Procurement function. You will co-ordinate and compile accurate monthly and annual procurement performance reporting requirements, as well as ad-hoc reporting requirements. Also, you will be tasked with supporting the senior leadership team with the management of the business function. You will have a high attention to detail, providing the CPO and Director with clear and concise information and briefings on all project activity ahead of weekly board meetings. You will drive communications activity and ensure timely delivery of communications & events. You will have a strong commercial pedigree and will be familiar with designing and delivering formal project management strategies and methodology to manage a number of confidential and parallel work streams. Experience: - Project Management and Project Delivery within a Commercial environment - Experience in having worked in a change management or M&A environment - Formal project management methodology and experience in formal programme management - Some knowledge of the Procurement process would be advantageous
