Role: Interim Contracts Specialist

Rate: £382 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: FTSE 100 Energy Organisation

Location: Hybrid - 3 days working in Berkshire per week

Duration: 6 months

An Interim Contracts Specialist to provide key support to a major Energy organisation, who are at the forefront of the market in terms of sustainability, with true aims for net zero by 2050.

This role will actively participate in contracting for major business projects, understanding Procurement and Supply Chain and Group objectives, shaping contracting plans, supporting the deployment of new contract templates, and participating in the full sourcing process across scope development, contract drafting and execution.

You will be required to liaise with senior stakeholders and external suppliers, challenging where needed.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of contracting, ideally within Directs Supply.
• Contracting practitioner knowledge, with either a Procurement or Legal background.
• Good stakeholder management and engagement ability.
• Track record of delivering and supporting sourcing in complex, global organisations, with significant spends.
