Corporate restructure creates the need for Interim Consulting team

Following the appointment of a new Procurement Director of this UK based corporate, 1st Executive were involved from an early stage to assist in a major change programme within the procurement function. Our remit was around up-skilling the entire function, which led to a number of inevitable redundancies and the need to bring in interim resource whilst embarking on a permanent campaign. 

Job roles were wide ranging from Head of category, category specialists through to tactical buyers. Day rates varied from £200 to £600 per day. This was a particularly complex campaign due to the sensitive nature of the change programme and the need for the interim resource to be integral to this.
