UK division of global manufacturer due to healthy order book and increased manufacturing results in extra head count within Engineering Supply Chain. 

Roles were diverse across engineering supply chain including Buyers through to Commodity Managers with a mix of permanent and sub-contract appointments. Specific industry experience was key as well as strong contract management and long term strategic supplier relationship skills. Salaries and hourly rates for these roles were average within the manufacturing sector; the challenge, to recruit the absolute top tier within these constraints, with typical permanent salaries circa £35k.
