Consultancy team for Global 500 Telco

Due to global integration this global telecoms organisation were looking to create a UK 'centre of excellence'. Predominant spend centred around technology and outsourcing, with a total procurement spend across the organisation in excess of $5bn. 

The remit was to create a niche consultancy unit within UK procurement taking a strategic view across process and procedure for the global procurement organisation.  The assignment to recruit 4 specific roles comprising of 'Head of', 2 Consultants and an Analyst with salary packages ranging from 40k through to 90k.

The reason 1st Executive were retained for this campaign was our focus and track record around appointing top tier management consultants into industry.
