FTSE 100 appoints entire senior management team

FTSE 100 services organisation due to a global restructure were looking to appoint an entire senior management team across their Supply Chain function all reporting into the Global Head. Annual procurement spent in excess of £2bn.

The job roles consisted of 4 heavyweight Category Director roles heading up key areas across Technology, Professional Services, Construction and Facilities. Additionally, 2 Strategy and Process roles as well as 3 local 'Heads of'. Basic salaries were around the six figure mark plus comprehensive senior management package.

1st Executive were appointed as sole retained agents for a formal head hunt.
