Quantity Surveyor £35k - 48k

Role: Quantity Surveyor (NEC).

Client: Major Utilities organisation.

Rate: £35k to £48.8k per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid working from home and 2-3 days in West Sussex office.

A number of Quantity Surveyor roles to support a leading Utilities organisation on high-value construction projects, £1-£2m upwards, across their Water portfolio.

These roles will deal with contractors in Construction activities, governance, and pre-contract work, utilising NEC3 and NEC4.

The roles will also support on contract drafting and administration, as well as some assurance and audit work to ensure correct costing.

These roles offer the opportunity to expand expertise, contribute to major CAPEX projects, and be a key part of a team driving excellence and positive change in the industry.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience dealing with NEC3 and NEC4.
• Ideally a background in Utilities, Nuclear, Aviation, Rail or Highways.
• Advantageous would be Chartered status, RICS or CIOB.
