Role: Project Program Manager (Lead) - North America

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Hybrid: c2 days in the office &/or some travel

Salary: $competitive + 20% bonus and package

Excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturing company with a turnover in the billions as the North American Program/Delivery Lead for Project Management, leading the delivery of a range of critical projects focused largely on manufacturing and production. You'll gain excellent visibility within the company, managing relationships with local, regional and global management teams, up to the highest seniority levels. Further, you'll work to standardize North American plants and processes in alignment with Europe and your European counterparts. Current projects include optimising and streamlining production, increasing capacity and excitingly, greenfield expansion projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overall successful project implementation according to implementation plans
  • Monthly project reporting according to the agreed standards for implementation (PMO)
  • Tracking of project resource levels and requests with the North American Managing Director and Regional Management Teams
  • Providing a clear and productive interface with the Divisional and Regional Head of Delivery
  • Promoting the adoption of the Divisional Delivery Framework principles and standards.
  • The role will also cover areas across communications and change management, as well as driving coaching and personal development across your teams, as well as broader HR capabilities

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience, including project/program management
  • Experience within a manufacturing industry or similar (chemical, packaging, pharmaceutical, automotive etc)
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Master's &/or project management certificates an advantage
