Salary: £59k per annum

Location: Base locations: Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester or Bedford. 1- 2 days p/w in office

Our client's Commercial & Procurement Digital Services & Technology Team are seeking individuals to join them at this exciting time supporting their Digital Roads programme across the technology categories within the public sector.

As IT Procurement Lead

What you will be doing;

• Ownership and development of the IT category strategies.
• Negotiation and execution of contracts and the commercial management of Technology suppliers.
• Working with a range of stakeholders supporting commercial outcome
• Management of complex contract and procurement documents working within regulations ensuring integrity of the procurement process.
• Drive continual improvement with a category approach

What you will need;

• Public Sector Commercial / Procurement experience gained in either a Public Sector organisation, or regulated industry - familiar regulated environment
• A record of delivering IT/Technology sourcing projects
• Experience in leading development of IT category strategies
• Work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders
